Project Description

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (“SFPUC”) has commenced a selection process for the temporary lease of café space in the lower lobby of the SFPUC headquarters office building located at 525 Golden Gate Avenue, San Francisco, CA (“SFPUC Headquarters”).  The SFPUC intends to enter into a short term lease agreement with the successful Proposers (“Tenant/Operator”) to this Request for Proposal (the “RFP”). The SFPUC Headquarters is a 13-story building housing approximately 950 employees on a daily basis, and receives several hundred guests per day who visit the Customer Service Center or attend meetings, affording an excellent opportunity to interested café operators.
