The following firms have been pre-qualified to bid on this project. Only these three (3) firms, appearing in alphabetical order, will be allowed to submit Proposals:
1. Blocka Construction, Inc.
2. Monterey Mechanical Co.
3. Southland Industries
This scope of work includes but is not limited to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and necessary supplies to complete the Odor Control Equipment Install as shown on the contract documents and/or as called for within the Project Specification Manual(s). The Proposer shall be responsible for the entirety of the Odor Control System, including the ductwork.
It is the responsibility of the Proposer to thoroughly review the included Specifications, Drawings, Addenda (including Addendum 18) for all design, performance criteria and installation requirements.
Bidders must turn in sealed bids via a ShareFile link prior to 2:00 P.M. on January 13, 2022. The ShareFile link will be distributed to all pre-qualified bidders the day before Bids are due. An in-person site visit will be held on Tuesday, December 14, 2021 at 9:00 AM and limited to two (2) representatives per company.
