GENERAL PROJECT INFORMATION
The project scope of work includes the demolition and removal of the existing one-story building with a basement and existing site work including, but not limited to, the parking lot, the pavement, irrigation and utilities as noted in the demolition drawings.

The project scope of work also includes the construction of six new buildings which include the following:
- A new four-story administration building that will include offices, multi-purpose spaces, locker rooms, a wellness center, a training room, and electric and landscape shops.
- A new one-story shop building that will include a machine shop with accessory break room and offices.
- A new one-story auto shop building that will include vehicle repair bays, an automotive paint booth, a carpentry shop, a carpentry paint booth, and accessory break rooms and offices.
- A new one-story warehouse building with a fabrication shop, meter shop, warehouse, carpentry storage, an accessory break room and offices.
- A new six-story parking garage.
- A meter kiosk with storage and a public pick-up window.

The scope of work also includes new landscaping and site work throughout the project site, which consist of a community green, site storage, fleet vehicle and equipment parking & fuel station.

Scope of Work
Clark intends to prequalify bidders for the trades listed below and in the RFQ Form. Subcontractors that pass the prequalification will receive the subsequent Request for Proposal (RFP) invitation.
- Abatement
- Earthwork & Demolition
- Shoring
- Site Enabling Work
- Surveying
- Temporary Fencing
- Industrial Hygienist

Submittal Requirements
Completed Request For Qualifications (RFQ) submittals shall be due on 06/21/2024 by 5:00 PM. RFQ submissions MUST be submitted via Building Connected on the RFQ form issued by Clark. Emailed RFQs are not guaranteed to be received. All portions of the RFQ must be completed, signed, and uploaded as a bid to BuildingConnected along with supporting documents in PDF format (enter $100.00 as your bid amount as a placeholder). The RFQ must be signed by a person or persons legally authorized to bind Subcontractor to a contract.
