The objective of the project is to provide monthly elevator maintenance and as-needed repair for elevators located at various Wastewater Enterprise facilities and at the Southeast Community Centers. Work may also include modernization of elevators. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. The Engineer's estimate is $2,600,000.00. The contract will be awarded to the responsible Bidder submitting the lowest responsive bid.
Bid discounts may be applied as per San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 14B. The LBE Subcontracting Participation Requirement is 0.00%. Please contact Linda Rainaldi at (415) 554-3106 for further information.

SFPUC encourages Bidders to submit a Safety Prequalification Form at least 3-weeks prior to the date of Bid opening. Bidders are required to pass the Safety Prequalification prior to SFPUC considering their bid submission complete. SFPUC will notify Bidders who have passed the Safety Prequalification prior to or on the date of Bid opening. Refer to Section 00 21 13 – Instructions to Bidders, “Bidder Qualifications” and Section 00 45 12 – Safety Prequalification for additional information.
A Class “C11” California Contractors License is required to bid. Furthermore, each listed subcontractor must possess appropriate active licenses for the work each subcontractor will be performing.
