  • Speciality: Invitation to Bid - Good Faith Solicitation for LBE's Project: Oceanside Water Pollution Control Plant Building 042 Primary Clarifier Improvements Contract No: WW-648 Bid Date: Thursday, October 21, 2021 Bid Time: 2:00 PM The objective of the project is to repair and replace existing wastewater process equipment by performing selective hazardous material mitigation and abatement work, selective concrete and equipment demolition work, replacement of the existing primary helical scum skimmers, scum skimmer W3 spray water system including structural support upgrades, primary scum pit bubbler level enclosures, compressed air system, ultrasonic level sensors, primary effluent pneumatic operated butterfly valves, and related mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation and controls equipment. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. The range of the Engineer's estimate is $6,500,000 to $7,000,000. Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Concrete, Electrical, Painting & Coating, Mechanical Piping, Plumbing/SS Pipe Work, Instrumentation & Controls, Demolition, Millwright/Mechanical Equipment Installation, and other required work and trades.
