Each SOQ must include the following: 1. Qualifications for WWTP design tasks or support services such as environmental assessment or surveying in San Francisco. 2. A list of two to three completed projects similar to the project components described above. 3. Names of two to three individuals on staff who have expertise or special qualifications relevant to the proposed tasks
