This contract is Phase 3 of the SJPL Valve and Safe Entry Improvements and will install a surge pipeline and tower at the western most end of the SJPL System at Tesla Portal. The work is to be performed in San Joaquin County, California. The Engineer's estimate is $16,500,000. Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Concrete, Rebar, HVAC, Erosion Control – Hydroseed, Fencing, Trucking, and other required work and trades.
