  • Speciality: Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for construction of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s WD-2765 - 8-Inch and 16-Inch Ductile Iron Water Main Replacement on Jersey Street from Douglass Street to Church Street and Various Street Locations. The engineer's estimate for the project is $11,100,000.00. Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes, including but not limited to; Demolition, Traffic Control, Striping, Saw-Cutting, Hazardous Material Handling, Grading, Paving, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Crane Equipment, Landscaping, Trucking, Construction Aggregate, Concrete, Other Required Work and Trades. Suppliers are required for DIP Piping, Water Material, and Construction Aggregate. The Work to be performed under this contract includes the replacement of existing water mains with 8-inch and 16-inch ductile iron pipe on Jersey Street from Douglass to Church Streets, on Diamond Street from 26th to 23rd Streets, on Douglass Street from 25th to 23rd Streets, and on Elizabeth Street from Hoffman Avenue to Castro Street, as shown on the plans and specifications. The work is to be performed in San Francisco, California. The Local Business Enterprise (LBE) subcontractor participation requirement for this Contract is 14.00%. Micro and Small-LBE subcontracting participation breakdown: 6.00% MBE; 1.70% WBE; 6.30% OBE.
