  • Speciality: Cratus, Inc. is requesting quotes from Certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs Subcontractors, Suppliers & Haulers for construction of San Francisco Public Utilities Commission’s WD-2844 - 12-Inch Ductile Iron Water Main Installation on Parnassus Avenue from Stanyan Street to 6th Avenue, on Lawton Street from 7th Avenue to Funston Avenue, and Various Street Locations. The engineer's estimate for the project is $10,200,000.00. Quotes are requested from qualified contractors for scopes, including but not limited to; Demolition, Traffic Control, Striping, Saw-Cutting, Hazardous Material Handling, Grading, Paving, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Crane Equipment, Landscaping, Trucking, Construction Aggregate, Other Required Work and Trades. Suppliers are required for DIP Piping, Sewer Material & Construction Aggregate. The work to be performed under this contract includes the installation of 12-inch ductile iron pipe on Parnassus Ave. from Stanyan St. to 6th Ave., on 6th Ave. from Judah St. to Warren Dr., on Lawton St. from 7th Ave. to Funston Ave., on Funston St. from Lawton St. to Aloha Ave., on Aloha Ave. from Funston Ave. to 15th Ave., and 8-inch ductile iron pipe replacement on 11th Ave. from Kirkham St. to Lawton St., and on Kirkham St. from 6th Ave. to 7th Ave..
