The scope includes replacement of various mechanical, electrical and control equipment, construction of a new force main, install structural components to improve seismic resilience, perform various architectural improvements, replace fencing and add security system components. The Engineer's estimate is $13,500,000. Seeking all trades (but not limited to): Pumping, Mechanical, Trucking, Structural Concrete, Asphalt, Roofing, Waterproofing, Demolition, Rebar, Concrete, Traffic Control, Survey, HVAC, Architectural Doors & Windows, Metal Framing, Tiling, Flooring, Misc Metals, Paving, Fencing, Landscaping and other required work and trades Plans, specifications, and requirements require a confidentiality agreement.
