  • Speciality: Marinship Development Interest LLC is seeking qualified CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and Small Local Business Enterprises (LBE), as well as MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers, for the following project: Project: General Engineering (A-License) Construction, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Alameda Counties Contract No.: JOC-114 Owner: San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) Bid Date: April 16, 2026 at 2:00 PM This is a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000, consisting of multiple task orders covering a wide range of general engineering construction work. The scope of works advertised include but are not limited to: Concrete, Traffic Control, Earthwork & Paving, Electrical, General Engineering, General Building, Hazardous Materials Handling & Remediation, Landscaping, Pipeline Construction, Pipeline Inspection (CCTV/Remote Tools), PLC Systems Integration, Trucking, Fencing, Tree Services, Well Drilling & Pump Repair, and related civil work. This job order contract includes a 20% LBE subcontracting participation requirement with CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs only eligible to meet the requirement. This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all applicable DIR compliance. Marinship Development Interest LLC is a union signatory contractor and intends to perform work in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements. Marinship is committed to supporting subcontractor participation and will provide assistance as needed, including: bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, and breaking down scopes to facilitate participation. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for review upon request.
