  • Contact: This project is subject to prevailing wage requirements and all applicable DIR compliance. Marinship Development Interest LLC is a union signatory contractor and intends to perform work in accordance with applicable collective bargaining agreements. Marinship is committed to supporting subcontractor participation and will provide assistance as needed, including: bonding, insurance, lines of credit, equipment, materials, and breaking down scopes to facilitate participation. Please include Company name and contact information, DIR Registration Number, Contractor’s License, CMD LBE Certification (if applicable), and relevant experience.

  • Speciality: Marinship Development Interest LLC is seeking qualified CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and Small Local Business Enterprises (LBE), as well as MBE, WBE, OBE, SBE, and DVBE subcontractors and suppliers. This is a Job Order Contract (JOC) with a not-to-exceed amount of $5,000,000, consisting of multiple task orders covering a wide range of general engineering construction work. The scope of works advertised include but are not limited to: Concrete, Traffic Control, Earthwork & Paving, Electrical, General Engineering, General Building, Hazardous Materials Handling & Remediation, Landscaping, Pipeline Construction, Pipeline Inspection (CCTV/Remote Tools), PLC Systems Integration, Trucking, Fencing, Tree Services, Well Drilling & Pump Repair, and related civil work. This job order contract includes a 20% LBE subcontracting participation requirement with CMD-certified San Francisco Micro and Small-LBEs only eligible to meet the requirement.
