We encourage Subcontractors and vendors submitting quotes/proposals to utilize other DBE/LBE-certified firms through second-tier subcontracting, owner-operated equipment, or purchase of supplies. RANGER PIPELINES INCORPORATED will supply information regarding plans and specifications, bonding, lines of credit, insurance requirements or project overview. We are available to discuss breaking out portions of work to encourage DBE & LBE participation.
