  • Speciality: American Mechanical, inc is seeking certified and qualified San Francisco LBE subcontractors and/or material suppliers to provide Insulation/Acoustical (C2), Boiler/Hot Water/Steam Fitting (C4), Hazardous Materials, Electrical (C10), Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (C20), Trucking and Hauling, Equipment(s)/Special Material(s), services for SFPUC job order contract, Contract No. JOC-50R HVAC Energy Efficiency (C-20 License), San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Alameda Counties. Only Contract Monitoring Division certified San Francisco Small and Micro-LBEs can be utilized to meet this requirement. The subcontractors designated as LBEs must be certified for the listed trade to count towards the goal. Payment & Performance Bonds may be required. AMi can assist with bonding, insurance and/or credit. The LBE goal for this project is 8% of the total contract value. Subcontractors shall be required to comply with San francisco Administrative Code 12B (Nondiscrimination in Contracts and Benefits). The bid dates for this contract is 8/30/18.
