Description

Contact: Email a pdf Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to SFOperations@stantec.com. For proper processing include ‘DB-138 SEP Biogas Utilization Project’ in the subject line of ALL correspondence. Each SOQ must include the following: 1. Short (1 page) company bio (including number of years in business and City bidder ID). 2. Description of services for the tasks in the RFQ&P with which the firm has relevant experience and qualifications (refer to Part B – Design and Construction Requirements, of the RFP&Q), including experience at the Southeast Treatment Plant, if applicable. 3. Names of two to three individuals on staff who have expertise or special qualifications relevant to the utility planning, engineering and design, including California PE license (Civil Engineering) or Board-Certified Institute of Noise Control Engineer or Oregon PE in Acoustical Engineering.
